CLIENT INPUT AND DESIGN OBJECTIVES GUIDELINE SHEET.

In order to create a personalized landscape design, your input is needed and encouraged. Feel free to include ideas you favor as well as those you do not want in your own landscape. Following is a list of key design points to use as a guide. You, of course, are not limited to these ideas. If you wish, included pictures from magazines that represent the look you in your landscape.
Note: use separate sheet of paper to allow ample space for your input).

---Client information: name, address, phone.

---General input: your ideas of what you want your landscape to be. Examples:
   woodland garden, formal garden, lots of blooms, large areas for play, manicured look,
   private garden, etc.

---Plant Material: list material desired and undesired. Are there any plants you definitely
                   want included in your landscape? Any you do not want?

---Bloom Color: what color type is your favorite? For example,
                warm colors - red, yellow, orange
                cool colors - blue, white, lavender

---Timing of Color: For example, blooms throughout season, specific season, annual beds,
                    perennial beds.

---Turf: How much lawn area desired and what variety do you prefer?

---Plant beds: Do you prefer curving lines, straight lines, diagonal lines, etc.
 

---Hardscape: Irrigation System 
                       Outdoor Lighting 
                       Swimming Pool 
                       Spa or Hot Tub 
                       Garden Pool
                       Children's' Play Area 
                       Patio/Deck 
                       Driveway/Walkways
